S Bahn

SBahn is the commuter train that links Vienna Airport and downtown. It is without doubt the most economic way to transfer to the city centre aside from bus and taxi

Line S7 route covers the route Wien Mitte/Landstrasse within 26 minutes. In order to get to downtown, you should take S7 route to either Wien Mitte, Wien Nord or Floridsdorf.

You can also get to Wien Hauptbahnhof, since it is the central railway station of Vienna. 

Schedule

From Wien Mitte/Landstrasse: 04:31 am to 11:46 pm, every 30 minutes.

From Vienna Airport: 04:54 am to 00:18 am, every 30 minutes.

Where can I buy my ticket?

You can purchase your ticket at the ÖBB ticket counters in the Arrivals Hall, at the vending machines or in the Tourist Office.

RAILJET

It is the long distance service by ÖBB that connects Vienna Airport with other Austrian cities and international destinations such as Brno, Prague, Györ and Budapest.

City Airport Train (CAT)

The CAT is the fastest and most expensive way to get to downtown Vienna. It is an exclusive service that connects Vienna Airport with Wien Mitte/Landstrasse within 16 minutes.

Schedule

Daily from 06:09am to 11:39pm, every 30 minutes.

The CAT Station is in the underground level. 

Fares

Adult single ticket: € 12.00 / Adult return ticket: € 21.00
