There is pharmacy located at the far east of Terminal 1. Find there any kind of medication you may need.

Baggage Service Centres

There are a couple of Baggage Service Centres at Vienna Airport. You can find them in Terminal 1 (at the check-in area) and in Terminal 3. Opening hours: 05:30 am to 23:00 pm. Services offered: Porter services, Bike box, Baggage wrapping, Wardrobe, Safe deposit boxes and collection service and Left luggage service. 

Lost and Found

In the Lost Property Office, you can retrieve the lost items either at the airport facilities, in the aircraft or on the CAT. Opening hours: 09:00 am to 12:00 pm and 12:45 pm to 17:00 pm. Find it in Terminal 1 (level 0).

Medical Centre

Need medical assistance? For any urgency you may have, please do not hesitate to visit the Medical Centre. Find it in the Arrivals level (level 0). Services offered: first aid, vaccination, thrombosis prophylaxis, malaria prophylaxis, ambulance, physician and paramedics. Opening hours: from 06:00 am to 22:00 pm.


In Vienna Airport, you can make your courses regarding food and drink. Find a couple of supermarkets; in both level -1 and in the first level at Terminal 1. 

Information booths

Need some information regarding airport or any other kind of useful advices? In the Arrivals level (level 0), in Terminal 1 and in Terminal 3, find information booths where you’ll be able to solve doubts and get informed.

Prayer Rooms

Want to take a moment to pray before boarding your flight? Find prayer rooms available to all religions in the following locations: Plaza, Terminal 3 level 2 and Terminal 3 (non Schengen area). For Christian church services, mass is celebrated on Sundays at 08:00 am. 

Currency Exchange

For currency exchange services, find exchange booths in the Arrivals level, in Terminal 1 (level 1), and in concourses D, F and G.

Meeting points

There are a couple of meeting points along the airport (in the Arrivals level and in Terminal 1 central sector).

Visitors Deck

Want to get a panoramic view of the airport? Then come to the Visitors Deck. It is located in Terminal 3 close to the B, C, and D concourses access corridor.

Family Fun Gate

Have fun with your family and kids in the Family Fun Gate. It is located in the F gates concourse, close to Terminal 3 (access is done by Terminal 3).

Police station

In the first level, at Terminal 3, there is the police station.
